Informational tool only
RiploTrac is a recordkeeping and informational aid, not a substitute for appropriate aquarium husbandry, independent verification of test results, product instructions or advice from a qualified aquarium professional or aquatic veterinarian. Water chemistry targets and suggested actions may vary substantially by species, equipment and aquarium conditions. You remain responsible for aquarium care, livestock welfare, and decisions about treatment or dosing.
Check information before acting
Scores, trends, calculations, reminders, product information and other outputs may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate. Verify measurements, units, concentrations, calculations and manufacturer directions independently before making changes to an aquarium. Do not rely on the app as an emergency alarm or a continuous monitoring system.
No warranties
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, the website and app are provided “as is” and “as available,” without guarantees of uninterrupted service, error-free operation, suitability for a particular purpose or accuracy of information. Features may change or become unavailable.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RiploTrac and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including livestock losses, aquarium damage, lost data, lost profits or business interruption arising from use of or reliance on the website or app. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits rights that applicable consumer-protection law makes non-waivable.
Third-party services
The app or website may link to or use services operated by third parties, including Google Play and Google AdMob. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply. We do not control external websites or their content.
Intellectual property
RiploTrac's original name, artwork, design, content and software are protected to the extent provided by applicable law. You may not reproduce or redistribute proprietary materials except where authorized by law or written permission.
Changes
We may revise the service and these terms from time to time. Continued use after updated terms are posted constitutes acceptance to the extent allowed by law.
